Expect 3 sessions a week, our best trainers and our nutrition coach to smash past your limits and reach your personal goals. And since the best way to get better is to surround yourself by people who support you, we train with a group. Expect full body rounds lifting weights combined with interval to improve your endurance, your form and technique. Expect kettlebells, plates and ropes, kickboxing and yoga sessions. In 6 weeks time we’ll show you that you can do much more than you ever believed possible. Turn up with willpower, leave the rest to us.

Day 1 starts with a seminar explaining our Showtime program, our vision on nutrition, training and recovery. This is also your moment for the body measurements.
Our program is built to get your body safely used to the strain of training. You’ll notice that your body and mindset improve quickly.
Our trainers don’t mess around. All our trainers are certified and feel it as their mission to give you the confidence to challenge and push yourself to reach your goals.
