STRENGTH & INTERVAL

In this one-hour circuit training we will focus on resistance and strength training. In these classes we will improve your athletic performance and teach you how to lift a barbell or two. These sessions are all about strength and hypertrophy, combined with some interval to keep up your endurance. These sessions are set up in a variety of circuits, so we can make sure every training hour is a full body session.
