HIIT(45min), full-body training. You will work your way around different circuits ( own spot ) to challenge you to the max. These trainings are build to physically and mentally challenge you. We teach and train you to work with kettlebells and own body weight and combine this with high intensity intervals. This training will help you build stamina and a strong physique.
Circuit & Boxing (45min), full-body training where you will be challenged mentally and physically doing own body weight exercises using every muscle group several times. Just so you don’t forget we will also use our boxing gloves to punch and kick ( shadow boxing ) so you keep your technique on point during these corona times. And of course your body & mind fitter than ever!
Location: Westerpark ( behind Mossel & Gin ).
If possible: Bring your own ab mat.
